  • Nylon MaterialFor most anchor lines, standard nylon is a good choice. It has a lot of strength and "gives" under load to absorb energy. It's also easier to handle and more resistant to the harmful effects of sunlight. Nylon has an excellent combination of strength and elasticity.
  • Double BraidDouble braid is most ideal for anchoring, combining decreased stretch with increased shock absorption, perfect for water crafts, small boats, and other water activities.Double braid is stronger than three-strand in durability, stretchability, and shock-absorbency. Double Braided Nylon does not kink or rotate under heavy loads.
  • Ultra Strength3/4" x 150' anchor rope (Breaking strength: 9500 lbs.) . Ultra strong with a higher tensile strength than other dockline materials. It will not wear out your boat during use.
  • Stainless Steel ThimbleThe stainless steel thimble on one end of the anchor rope will reduces chafe and spreads the load on the line. With it,you can clip the rope right away, and it brings convenience to marine use. Then, you can remove it with ease when adding the shackle and chain.
  • Customer ServiceYour boat should be accompanied by the best anchor rope to secure it in the allotted area. It contributes to the safety of the watercraft, boaters around you, and even yourself.SearQing is dedicated to provide excellent products for all customers.

You need a strong rope that will absorb the impact of the waves and sink, not float. Nylon meets all these requirements. Nylon anchor lines are lightweight, flexible, strong, and provide elasticity to relieve peak loads on anchors and boats. It is elastic and therefore has good shock absorption.Double braid is ideal for anchoring, combining decreased stretch with increased shock absorption.

How do I know what size of anchor rope do I need?

You should have 8 feet of rope for every 1 foot of water you will be anchoring in Your rope should have 1/8" of rope diameter for every 9' of boat. So this means a 54' boat would want at least a 3/4" diameter rope.
